Top Ten Tuesday #14: Authors I’ve Read One Book From but Need to Read More!

Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created at The Broke and the Bookish blog. This week’s theme is Top Ten Authors I’ve Only Read One Book from but Need to Read More! I’m listing author names, the book I’ve read by them, and others I’m interested in reading.

10.) Gayle Forman: read If I Stay, interested in Where She Went and Just One Day

9.) Elizabeth Wein: read Code Name Verity, interested in Rose Under Fire

8.) Diane Setterfield: read The Thirteenth Tale, interested (but slightly worried about) Bellman & Black

7.) Rachel Hartman: read Seraphina, eagerly waiting for Shadow Scale

6.) Sherwood Smith: read Crown Duel, interested in Inda, and Wren to the Rescue

5.) Elizabeth Fama: read Monstrous Beauty, interested in Plus One

4.) Philippa Gregory: read The Changeling (and didn’t like it), but still interested in The Other Boleyn Girl, and her other adult book series

3.) Tracy Chevalier: read Girl With a Pearl Earring (and Remarkable Creatures many years ago), interested in re-reading Remarkable Creatures, and reading Burning Bright, The Lady and the Unicorn, and The Last Runaway

2.) Audrey Niffenegger: read The Time Traveler’s Wife, interested in Her Fearful Symmetry

1.) Patricia C. Wrede: read Sorcery & Cecilia: or The Enchanted Chocolate Pot, interested in the rest of that series, including The Grand Tour and The Mislaid Magician: or Ten Years After, in addition to Thirteenth Child, and A Matter of Magic (two books in one: Mairelon the Magician and The Magician’s Ward)

I haven’t read Where She Went yet but I loved Just One Day about twenty million times more than If I Stay (though they’re totally different, of course). It became an insta-fav.
